How to do Meditation

You are who you are, both the good and the bad things.

If a sound comes into attention just say thinking in your head and concentrate on your breathing again. The same with thinking, if your mind wanders just say thinking and go back to your breath.

Anything that is important at the beginning, you must tell yourself to say that is important and i will come back to it after the end of the meditation.

Come out of the meditation gently just recognise the room, slowly. then touch, feel the floor before you get up.

Having a mobile phone with a timer on it with a nice sound at say 5 minutes to start at, once a day at the same time having a soft place on the floor such as a blanket, and a round hard cusion to sit on.  there is a position that you can sit in that makes your chi flow better in the body, that is with each hand above your knees as if you are holding a piece of thread between them.

Having the same place to do the meditation each day is also important, early in the morning or late at night is the best time, choose a time and stick to it so that your mind doesnt have to think about choosing a time to do it.

Just think its my time i’m going to meditate now, dont try and do anything but concentrate on your breathing.
