if you go far enough west, you will reach the east.

In truth, there is no east and no west just a never-ending planet without division that never ends and is ever-changing.

Time and space is an illusion, there is no such thing, its all just a dream its just all us moving through consciousness in different ways.

One example is the word present.  It can mean being in the present moment, but also is the same word for recieving a gift, which gives the gift of being in the present moment as you enjoy the gift of being in the moment now.

Don’t give away more than you can afford. 

If its more than you would give away and someone asks for it, say kindly no, but i can give you X amount to get them on the way.

Also, economically its good as cash stays liquid.

Your name?

You did not choose your name, that which came from your parents is not something that you have chosen.

You are not your beliefs as you did not create them.

You are not your emotions as the body reacts like a computer to situations.

Are you your feelings? Feelings are probably the language of the soul, something so complex that cannot be explained in words but feelings are as close as we will get.

But all feelings are filtered, they are different colours of the one feeling, like red, green and all the colours of the rainbow make together the supreme white colour which we call the absence of colour, yet, it is the colour that we like the most.

But white reflects all colours, whereas black absorbs all colour.

Your colours are called your chakras, whereas the entire body when in harmony with spirit is white, pure white, resonating with your soul.

I notice the weather has been what many would call gloomy in the uk the past few days, but today, i decided to match this ‘gloom’ by listening to something in the same mood but uplifting.  During the afternoon the weather changed dramatically, the skies opened and the sun shone for the first time with a blue sky since a few days.

The sky is me, i must first resonate with the sky, tune into it then i can bring about change.

The same with your spirit, the more you ignore it the more your life will seem out of control and you may not be as happy as you could be.

The way to overcome this is to become less skeptical of all things spiritual, and less skeptical of life.

What is the difference between a scientist and a skeptic? Some scientists are open to the possibilites of a spiritual body, while all skeptics tend to not believe in anything even if there is proof they will tear it apart and not believe the test was carried out properly.

Its funny, because what skeptics are doing is feeding their body with energy from being negative to other people and draining their energy!

Everything is energy, right?

What is energy? We don’t know!

But through the not knowing (which is perfectly fine to do! we don’t have to know everything)

Paradoxically we find the answers through not knowing, that is your path.

Sit down, be quiet, in a quiet place, close your eyes and do nothing – don’t even think.

Dissolve all fear in your body, if this is not possible then you have a lot of work to do.
